The Company under the name "Fakos Vasilios-Antonios Rentals", based on Paros, Naousa 84 401, Greece, with VAT number EL132197963, Tax Office of Paros (hereinafter: the "Company") and phone number (+30) 697 256 2075 has created and manages the website www.rentmotogp.com (hereinafter: the "Website") for the purpose of providing the service of renting a scooter motorcycle or a car. The use of the website and the services provided by us are subject to these terms, which you unconditionally accept if you use our website. The company is entitled to unilaterally modify these terms at any given time, without the need for prior notice to the Users of its website. If you do not agree with all of these terms, please do not use the website.
At least 18 years old.
a. All our vehicles are examined and serviced before each delivery to ensure the excellent quality of the rental agreement. It is also your responsibility to check the vehicle before you rent it. You must deliver the vehicle back with all the extras and equipment in the same condition you rented them.
b. Also the vehicles are not allowed to drive on sand, rocky roads or under any condition that can cause damages to them. In case of damages caused in the rental period to the vehicle or the equipment, there will be additional charges to the driver.
a. The fines and any other consequences of traffic violation are in complete charge of the tenant, who is obliged to pay them to the corresponding Public Authorities. The renter is liable for the payment of all traffic fines and appended administrative sanctions that may result from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period.
b. Only the driver whose name is on the contract is allowed to drive the vehicle.
c. Remember that driving under the uses of alcohol or/and drugs is strictly prohibited, and it is a subject of severe safety and law consequences.
d. In case of a plate removal by the Greek Authorities, you are responsible for covering each day the vehicle is not being used.
a. The vehicle routes must be between Paros and Antiparos. You are not allowed to travel to any other city or island as we have no insurance coverage for out of island destinations. If you plan to travel out of the island of Paros & Antiparos, please let us know in advance.
b. Just to remind you, all scooters are for 2 people on board only. In the case of riding the vehicle with more than 2 people on, it is subject to a 150€ fine and the immediate suspension of the rental agreement.
24% VAT and 0.5% city tax are included in the rental rates.
One (1) day = (24) hours. You can still rent a vehicle for less than 24 hours but you will be charged the full day fee.
Due to the high demand, our rental schedule is tight, especially during the summer. Therefore, all the bookings are “Non Refundable Bookings” and cannot be refunded. However, we will gladly transfer the rental contract to one of your loved ones or friends.
Please let us know in advance, and we will arrange everything for you with no hustle and no extra cost. No refunds will be processed in case of the suspension of the rental agreement due to the driver's delinquent behavior.
The company has the right to substitute the model with a similar one or to cancel the rental in case of emergency. In case of “Last minute” technical problems, the company has the right to change the vehicle you selected and replace it with another vehicle without extra charge or to cancel the reservation or return the booking money, always in consultation with the customer.
a. All the vehicles are delivered with fuel levels of about 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, or full tank 4/4. The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as delivered. If the renter returns the vehicle with less fuel than was delivered, the renter will be charged the fuel difference.
b. There is no refund if the renter returns the vehicle with more fuel than was delivered.
Unlimited mileage (only in Paros & Antiparos island) is included in our rates.
In case of a road accident, you have to inform our company immediately and also the police. The police will record the accident, and you have to get a copy of the police report. Without a police report, the renter takes full responsibility.
a. If the vehicle you rented breaks down for reasons caused by us, please call us right away, and we will come and pick you up. You will be offered a replacement vehicle to continue your rides on the island.
b. In case of a breakdown caused by the use you did, again, please call us right away to help you. Remember that damages caused by you will be subjected to extra charges. Additional vehicle will be given at the exact cost and if there are available.
In any damages caused by you and the passenger to the vehicle or the equipment, additional charges will be calculated and charged.
